

For most hospitals, practice acquisition is a disaster waiting to happen. Hospitals pay too much, do not perform necessary due diligence, and purchase practices for the wrong reasons. All of which can lead to big losses and lengthy discussions with the board. This program will outline the “how tos” of buying practices, and will provide you with a check list and roadmap to help you avoid major mistakes.
