Reform is here.  Thirty-two million more individuals will have insurance and new care models, such as Accountable Care Organizations and Medical Homes, seek to expand the role of PCPs in care coordination. But what does all of this mean for your hospital and how do you prepare for it? 

Your organization is going to need to develop a strategy that addresses the issues that will become commonplace with the reform adoption.  Hospitals will have to meet new physician supply challenges created by demands of the newly insured, develop models that better integrate physician / hospital activities, and address the needs for more transparency on both costs and quality.  We will discuss those and other issues in the webinar.
